When using AI features, transaction category totals are sent to the AI provider for processing. No merchant names, transaction descriptions, account numbers, or personal identifying information are transmitted. See the Your Data section below.

You are responsible for the security of your own Google account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Google account.
MonkeyLedger Pro is available as a monthly (A$4.99/mo), 6-month (A$24), or annual (A$39/yr) subscription. All plans include a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. MonkeyLedger does not store your payment card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data remains in your Google Drive and is never deleted by MonkeyLedger.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at the email below within 14 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
Trial-to-paid: Your free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must actively choose a plan to continue access after the trial period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MonkeyLedger and its creator (Janhav Khanna) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this app.
